Artist: Melissa Wagner- Lawler

 

Tenth Street Gallery is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by Melissa Wagner-Lawler, which will premiere during Tenth Street's first official Milwaukee Gallery Night.  The show runs from October 15 through November 9, and features an emerging local artist and professor, who explores the body and its afflictions.  The opening reception will kick off during Gallery Night and Day, October 15th, from 6 - 9 pm and October 16th, from 10am-2pm.

 

Melissa Wagner-Lawler will present an intriguing collection of work designed to create an emotional response to the macabre. Join us as we celebrate the art of a local artist and educator, and enjoy a fascinating exhibition about the psychological curiosities surrounding physical tension and distress.
